Payment Options

We accept a wide range of payment methods for all services. Please ensure all payments for rentals are made at least 48 hours prior to the service or rental pickup. For in-person kimono lessons, we can accept payment at the start of the lesson, if you prefer.

Bank Transfer

We can accept payment through Zelle or bank transfer.

Credit Card

We accept credit card payments online, but there is a 3.3% processing fee.

Check or Cash

If you have no way to pay digitally in advance of the service, please let us know and we can potentially accept cash or check. In general, we only accept checks from established customers.

Refunds

If you cancel your appointment or rental 48 hours in advanced, we will grant a full refund. If you cancel between 48 to 24 hours in advance, we will grant a partial 50% refund. If you cancel the same day as your appointment, unfortunately we cannot grant a refund.
